Chagall, poete de la couleur

I went to Kumamoto prefectural museum of art to see the Chagall exhibitions yesterday.
Chagall is famous for his sense of color and the poetic world in his paintings.

I didn't think the artist paid great attention to detail but I like the color.

I especially love the bright back ground reflecting the sun.

That reminds me, the expressions look very like a refracting prism.

The red light is twisted at a small angle, and the blue light turns at the big angle.

I found that's pretty much it in some of his paintings.
